Summer of the Dragon
Push Hands Conference

July 27-28, 2024
Cromwell Park in Shoreline (Seattle), Washington

Come join us in the Pacific Northwest for a weekend of Tai Chi learning, camaraderie and fun. Build months of practical knowledge and experience with a two-day investment. All levels and styles welcome.

Saturday:
Push Hands Master Class

Unlock the profound relationships between Tai Chi form, theory, and martial application. Join us for a one-day intensive seminar with a world-class master coach.

Four Square Push Hands (si zheng tuishou) is a traditional exercise for cultivating Tai Chi skill. We will go beyond surface-level choreography, to reveal its structure and meaning in precise detail. We will learn how to apply the Eight Energies, in accordance with the original Chinese texts, and the living lineage transmission.

This seminar will transform your understanding and practice of Tai Chi Chuan.

Four Square is a beginner-friendly, fixed-step practice routine. No falls are planned or expected.

Seminar participants will receive direct instruction from Chris Marshall, an international martial arts gold medalist, teacher of teachers, and leader of sixth-generation Yang Taijiquan.
